Love this place. So kind and helpful. Thank you for making my swim ankle bracelet's for my granddaughters swim club... they were a hit.

I bought a Mala here. After about a month the string broke and a couple beads went under a place where I could not retrieve them. I called and explained what happened and was told that an exchange was not an option. A restringing was offered but several beads were gone at that point so it wasn't a viable option. It was then explained to me that it was purchased from India and was a decade old. I got the impression that it was a known issue. I would advise anyone buying anything from this store to be cautious. You may end up with garbage they won't stand behind. Buddhists refer to this as the degenerate age and this store is upholding that.

I am so excited to have found The Bead Fairy! What a precious store - from the building itself, to the selection of chains, beads, and charms, to the friendly/kind family that owns it. I was looking for somewhere I could make my own necklaces. What a fun journey to create something unique just for me! Being able to choose the chain I wanted and charms that spoke to me - with so many options! Eager to return and create more treasures❤️ Highly recommend visiting☺️

What a fun place. If you are in the crafting or making any sort of jewelry, this has to be a stop you make. They have absolutely everything you could think of and it is displayed so beautifully. It was an event just going to the store.

Great bead shop, reminds me of the one at home. Lots of beads from seed beads to Czech glass to Swarovski Crystal's and findings galore. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Will be back next time I visit Salt Lake.
